The price was right but simple things can improve the quality.
The bus was 1 hour 40 minutes late picking us up and we were not notified. I had to call their call enter to find out where was our bus.
The bus also did not drop us off at the ticketed bus station of Gare de Nord. We arrived at a different station on the other side of the city where the driver insisted we leave the bus because they will not stop at the ticketed station.
It costs nothing to communicate better with us if they are significantly late and to simply drop us at the station indicated on our tickets.

I am sorry to say that after approx 20 years of traveling in developing countries this trip probably turned out to be the worst incident I have ever experienced.
The bus driver showed an attitude already from the start of the trip, which is nothing unusual. However, when we came to the boarder crossing between Ukraine and Moldova the bus driver suddenly determined that the queue to the passport control took too long time for me (a Swedish national, my Australian friend and a Ukrainian man. The bus driver then decided to offload our suitcases at the boarder and leave the three of us alone on the Ukrainian side of the boarder and drive off.
When we eventually passed the passport control we managed to find a local person who were willing to drive us to the Moldavian immigration, where the bus stood waiting in line. When the driver saw us again he first refused to take us back on to the bus, but we managed to convince him.
In my oppinion this behaviour is not only bad service, but also very dangerous and probably illegal.
