As a Canadian. This is only bus company I would use in Ukrainian. Even with war going on. I’m here and safe with them. Fast driving and support you with going through the boards. I think it’s hard for North Americans to handover their passports to a driver. They don’t know, but it’s very normal here at the border that is.
